This new group will be called ‘Deepening into Sacred Awareness’ and we will be :

•     looking at sacred and mystical texts,

•     learning body prayers,

•     chants,

•     meditation techniques,

•     guided visualisations ….. and

•     deepening our connection to our own Divine Presence ~ whatever that may be.   

I will use one crystal bowl for attunement into the Stillness, and this will usually be the base chakra bowl (C).  

Each month I will recommend a book or send out a reading for us to discuss when we meet ….. and so this group will be by its very nature becoming one of more serious study, reflection and deepening into our own sacred awareness. 

Refreshments are served and you are welcome to bring any extra cushions or shawls/blankets that may help make you feel even more cosy and relaxed!
